DeepEdit is a software solution that, since its very own conception in early 2000’s, it was designed to provide tools with the qualities to adapt to the deregulating industry’s changes by breaking two of the historical paradigms in computational evolution: Full Object-oriented programming and client-server separation.

Nowadays the DECENTRALIZED ECONOMIC ELECTRICITY POWER EDITOR, or simply Deep-Editor or DeepEdit, has been loyal to its design values proven that the breaking-through technology implemented is now state-of-the-art in Power System analysis tools development. DeepEdit is a highlighted software research project by Centro de Energía de la Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas de la Universidad de Chile (CEFCFM).
